- 2004
hand-bound letterpress book
A sumptuous hand-bound artist book of typographic experiments which won the “50 Books | 50 Covers” competition in 2004, ranking it among the 50 best-designed books of the year at AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts); the pages are filled with layered abstractions of individual glyphs, each character printed on top of others, all in different colors of muted inks and all pressed with metal plates that create a visible, touchable “bite” on the page. Only 40 copies were produced.
